Officers from Central Governments or State Governments or Union territories Administration: -
(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(ii) with five years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the post in Level-11 in pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and
(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience: -
(i) Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or institute;
(ii) Ten Years' experience in the field of irrigation and water utilization or in surveys, investigation, design, construction, operation and maintenance and monitoring of water resources Projects or Works in the Central Government or State Governments or Union territories Administration or Government recognized Institute;. |
| Executive Engineer |
Officers from Central Governments or State Governments or Union territories Administration: -
(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(ii) with five years' se:vic.e in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on. regular basis in the post in Level-10 in pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department· and
(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:-
(i) Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute;
(ii) Five Years' experience in applied Engineering in the field of irrigation and water utilization or in surveys, investigation, design, construction, operation and maintenance and monitoring of water resources Projects or Works in the Central Government or State Governments or Union territories Administration or Government recognized Institute; |
| Specialist (Ground Water) |
Officers from Central Governments or State Governments or Union territories Administration or autonomous or statutory organization or recognized university or Research Institutions or Public sector undertaking: - (a)
(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(ii) with five years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on the post a regular basis in the Level-10 (Rs. 56100-177500/-) in pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and
(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience :-
(i) Master's Degree in Geology or applied Geology or Hydrology or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or institute; or
(ii) Five Years' experience in the field of Ground Water Planning and Management or in the Surveys, I nvestigations, estimation for re-charge, withdrawals and Utillzation of Ground Water, Ground Water balance and Ground Water Monitoring including Water Quality. |

Officers from Central Governments or State Governments or Union territories Administration: -
(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(II) with two years' service In the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis In posts Level-8 In the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and
(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience :-
(i) Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute;
(ii) Three Years' experience in the field of irrigation and water utilization or in surveys, investigation, design, maintenance of irrigation Projects or Works in the Central Government or State Governments or Union territories Administration or Government recognized Institute. |

Officers from Central Governments or State Governments or Union territories Administration: -
(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(ii) with five yea rs' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts Level-6 in pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and
(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience :-
(i) Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute;
(ii) Two Years' experience in field of irrigation and water utilization or in survey, Investigation, design, maintenance of irrigation Projects or Works in the Central Government or State Government or Union territory Administration or Government recognized Institute. |

Officers from Central/State Governments or Union territories Administration: -
(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis In the parent cadre or department; or
(ii) with five years' ar service in the stenographer grade in Level6 (Rs. 35400_ 112400/-) in pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and |

Officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union territories Administration: -
(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(ii) with two years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the posts in Level-8 (Rs.47600-151100/-) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and
(b) possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:-
(i) Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University or Institute and; |

(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis In the parent cadre or department; or

General Information
Eligible candidates may send their application in prescribed format (attached below) to Member Secretary, Upper Yamuna River Board,the West Block-1, Wing-4, Ground Floor, R.K. Puram, New Delhi - 110066 on or before 12 Nov 2020, along with following documents
1. Original application duly verified/ attested;
2. Cadre Clearance Certificate;
3. Photocopies of up-to-date ACR/APAR dossiers for the last 5 years duly attested (by an officer of the status not below the rank of Under Secretary on each page);
4. Integrity Certificate;
5. Vigilance Clearance Certificate; and
6. Statements of major/minor penalties, if any, imposed on the candidate during the last ten years OR No Penalty Certificate, as the case may be; and certify that the particulars furnished by the official are correct. The original ACR/APAR dossiers of the empanelled official shall be sent by the parent department as and when asked for.
