Educational Qualification

Deputy General Manager (DGM): The candidates should have appropriate knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari Script. CA/ CMA (IECWA)/ MBA (Finance) full-time will be a compulsory qualification.
Deputy Chief Accounts Officer: The candidates should have appropriate knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari Script. CA/ CMA (IECWA)/ MBA (Finer) full-time will be a compulsory qualification.

Experience

For Deputy General Manager (DGM): After the prescribed education qualification the candidates should have a minimum of 15 Years of experience in the field of Finance, Accounting, Communication, Direct and Indirect Taxation.
For Deputy Chief Accounts Officer: After the prescribed education qualification the candidates should have a minimum of 11 Years of experience in the field of Finance, Accounting, Communication, Direct and Indirect Taxation.

Age Limit

Deputy General Manager (DGM): Age Limit – Maximum 50 Years as of 1st January 2021.
Deputy Chief Accounts Officer: Age Limit – Maximum 46 Years as of 1st January 2021. For SC/ST, OBC – Maximum of 5 Years is given as relaxation.

Salary Details

Deputy General Manager (DGM): Pay Scale of Rs.1,31,100/- to Rs.2,16,600/- and other allowances in the Pay Matrix Level-13 under the seventh pay Commission applicable in UPPCL will be payable as per rules.
Deputy Chief Accounts Officer: Pay Scale of Rs. 1,23,100/- to 2,15,900/- and other allowances in the Pay Matrix Level-12 under the seventh pay Commission applicable in UPPCL will be payable as per rules.
