Educational Qualification

Assistant Manager (Legal)	Essential: – 1. Three years full-time LL.B (or) Five years full-time integrated LL.B from a recognized university/ law school. Desirable: – 1. Master’s degree in Law. 2. Candidates who have shown an interest in one or more of the following fields will be preferred. This preference can be demonstrated by optional papers taken, publications or any other demonstrable activity/ achievement. i. Contract Law ii. Trade/ Commercial/ Business Law iii. International Law iv. Land acquisition and related matters. 3. Outstanding academic performance. 4. Presentation and writing skills of a high order Eligibility criteria: For the post of Assistant Manager (Legal) Working in analogous grade E2 grade. Or Minimum 2 years experience in E-1 grade who have joined directly in E1 grade Or Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience. Candidate from a Law Firm/ Registered Company should be drawing a compensation of more than Rs.6,00,000/- per annum.
Senior Executive (Corporate Communications)	Essential: – 1. Master’s in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing/ Brand Management/ Market Research or equivalent. Desirable: – 1. Qualified in Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level – 5 or Level-4 or Level-3. Eligibility criteria: For the post of Senior Executive when operated in E1 A. Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification work experience. Should have experience of at least 1 year in the areas detailed in the job description. The candidate from Private Sector should be drawing a compensation of more than Rs.4,00,000/- per annum
Senior Executive (Corporate Affairs)	Essential: – 1. Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Desirable: – 1. Qualified in Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level – 5 or Level-4 or Level-3. 2. Good working knowledge of computers. Eligibility criteria for Absorption:- For the post of Senior Executive when operated in E1 A. Minimum of 2 years of post-membership work experience. Should have experience of at least 1 year in the areas detailed in the job description. Eligibility Criteria for Deputation:- For the post of Senior Executive when operated in E1 A. Minimum of 2 years of post-membership work experience. B. Deputation would be for a period of 5 years. Should have experience of at least 2 years in the areas detailed in the job description.
Senior Executive (Finance)	Essential: – 1. Bachelor of Commerce from a recognized university/ institute. Desirable: –1. Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/ Certified Financial Analyst/ Masters in Business Administration. 2. Knowledge of Computers including Microsoft Excel, Word and accounting software like Tally, Oracle Financials, etc. 3. Qualified in Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level – 5 or Level-4 or Level-3 Eligibility criteria:- For the post of Senior Executive when operated in E1 A. Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification work experience. Should have experience of at least 1 year in the areas detailed in the job description. The candidate from Private Sector should be drawing a compensation of more than Rs.4,00,000/- per annum.
Senior Manager (Structures & Fabrication)	Essential: – Diploma/ B.E/ B.Tech in any Engineering from recognized university. Desirable: – Qualified in Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level – 5 or Level-4 or Level-3. Eligibility criteria for Absorption For the post of Senior Manager when operated in E4 A) Minimum 20 years of work experience. B) The candidate should be in the Pay Matrix of Level 7 to 9 of 7th CPC of CDA (GP 4600, 4800, and 5400 of 6th CPC) on regular basis for a minimum period of 1 year. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years experience of direct supervision of work of Fabrication of Steel Structure, Steel and Raw Materials Procurements, Assembly and Inspection of OWG/ Plate grinder and maintenance of related plants and machineries in a large/ medium level of Engineering/ Fabrication Workshop/ Yard.
Senior Manager (Electrical – Fire Prevention)	Essential: – B.E/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university. Desirable: – Qualified in Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level – 5 or Level-4 or Level-3. Eligibility criteria for Absorption:- For the post of Senior Manager when operated in E4 A. 8 years post qualification work experience and B. Working in analogous grade E-4 IDA OR Working in Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 (IDA E3) / Rs. 24,900-50,500 (Pre-revised) Should have experience of at least 4 years in the areas detailed in the job description. Eligibility Criteria for Deputation:- For the post of Senior Manager when operated in E4 A. 8 years post qualification work experience and B. Working in analogous grade E-4 IDA OR Working in Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 (IDA E3) / Rs. 24,900-50,500 (Pre-revised) C. Deputation would be for a period of 5 years.
