Educational Qualification

DGM (Chief Risk Officer)	Mandatory educational qualifications: Graduate degree, with – (a) Professional certification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), or (b) Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute; Mandatory experience: Five years’ experience in corporate credit and risk management at the level of Assistant General Manager or above in one or more PSBs, or having similar roles and responsibilities in one or more regulated lending entity, with minimum experience of one year in corporate credit and one year in risk management.
AGM (Economy and Strategy)	Post Graduate degree in Economics. Post Qualification Experience : 3 years’ experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions/ Government Institutions / other public sector institutions in the areas related to economic research or strategic planning.
AGM (Management Information System (MIS))	Post Graduate degree in Statistics OR Post Graduate degree/ diploma in Operation Research. Post Qualification Experience : 3 years’ experience in Banks / Financial Institutions / Government Institutions / other public sector institutions in the areas related to MIS / Data Analytics / forecasting.
AGM (Human Resources)	Graduate degree in Personnel Management/ IRPM/ LLPM OR Graduate with MBA (HR) OR Graduate with PG Diploma in HR / personnel management or equivalent. Experience : 3 years’ experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions / Government Institutions / other public sector institutions in the areas related to HR / Industrial Relations etc.
RM (Risk Management)	Graduate degree, with – (a) professional qualification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals, or (b) Professional Risk Management Certification. Mandatory experience: 2 years’ experience in corporate credit and risk management at the level of Manager (Scale – II) or above in one or more PSBs, or having similar roles and responsibilities in one or more regulated lending entity, with minimum experience of one year in corporate credit and one year in risk management.
