Senior Consultant	Essential: (a) Post Graduation in Science/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Social Studies/ Commerce/ Education with qualifications as per UGC Guidelines for Assistant Professor at entry-level. (b) Five years of experience in the relevant field. Desirable: (a) Five years of experience in the field of Education Assessment/ Survey Activities. (b) Working knowledge of Excel, SPSS, and other software used in Data Analysis. (c) Experience of Analysis of data by using Item Response Theory (!RT)
Data Manager	Essential: (a) Post Graduation in Science/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Commerce/ Economics/ Education/ Computer Science/ MCA or equivalent with minimum 55% marks OR Graduate with 55% marks or equivalent and PG Diploma in Computer Application with 55% marks. (b) Eight Years experience in the management of large scale survey data management and data analysis. Desirable: Working knowledge of data analysis software like-SPSS, Bilog, Con-Quest etc. and IRT
Consultant	Essential: Post Graduation in Science/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Social Studies/ Commerce/ Education with qualifications as per UGC Guidelines for Assistant Professor at entry-level. Desirable: (a) Experience in the field of Education Assessment/ Survey Activities. (b) Working knowledge of Excel, SPSS, and other software used in Data Analysis. (c) Experience of Analysis of data by using Item Response Theory (IRT).
Web Developer	Essential: (a) MCA/ B.Tech (Computer Science)/ B.E. (Computer Science) (b) PhP, Dot Net, C#.Net, ASP.NET, MySQL, MSSQL, Java Servlets, Java Server Pages (JSP), Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery (c) At least 3 years of experience in web development and web J site management using any of the technologies in the above mentioned technical skills Desirable: Knowledge in cloud computing, server management on the cloud.
System Analyst	Essential: (a) Post Graduation in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Commerce/ Economics/ Education/ Computer Science/ MCA or equivalent with minimum 55% or equivalent. OR Graduate with 55% marks or equivalent and PG Diploma in computer applications in case of professional fields with 55% marks. (b) Three years of experience as a system analyst in the analysis of survey data & data management/ data analysis. Desirable: Working knowledge of SPSS, Bilog, and other software of analysts and knowledge of IRT
Survey Associate	Essential: (a) PG in Science/ Statistics/ Maths/ Education with at least55% marks or equivalent (b) Master Degree Commerce/ Economics. (c) Two years of experience in tools development, monitoring survey activities, and data collection. Desirable: (a) Working knowledge of data analysis software. (b) Ph.D./ NET in relevant discipline
Computer Assistant	Essential: (a) Graduation in any discipline. (b) Proficiency in software like MS-Excel, FOX PRO, Equation, Editor, Corel Draw, Page Maker, InDesign, MS-Word, etc. (c) Knowledge of Computer Application and Knowledge of typing (bi-lingual). (d) Typing Speed of 35 wpm in English and 30 wpm in Hindi on Computer which corresponds/ 0500 KDPH/ 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depression for each word Desirable: (a) Minimum one year experience of doing Computer Typing work. (b) Proficient in MS-Office Application
Sr. Graphic Designer-Cum-visualizer	Essential: (a) Graduate in any discipline. Diploma in Computer Application with 55% marks or equivalent and ' proficiency in CorelDraw, Adobe PageMaker, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, MS Excel, Equation Editor, MSWord, etc. (b) Five years experience in graphic designing, high-level creativity in the field with practical knowledge (e.g. working experience in an advt. agency/ publication house). Desirable: (a) Conceptual clarity of layout, typography, color theory skills, creating page layouts, and title treatments. (b) Working knowledge in creating digital files up to prepress activities.
Accountant	Essential: (a) Graduate in any discipline (b) Two years of experience handling accounts. Desirable: Good knowledge of noting and drafting letters in English & Hindi etc. Working knowledge of computer
DTP Operator	Essential: (a) Graduate in any discipline (b) Proficiency in Database Softwares, Coral-Draw, PageMaker, Photoshop, In Design, Equation Editor and MS-Office, Proficiency in working in English and Hindi both. (c) Two years of working experience as a DTP operator in a reputed organization Desirable: (a) English (40 wpm) and Hindi typing (30 wpm). (b) Image editing, making maps & graphs/charts.

Age Limit

65 years

Relaxation in qualification for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH applicants is applicable as per Central Government rules.
