Educational Qualification

Manager (RDBS) – General: Post Graduate degree in any subject from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate. Candidates should have a minimum 60% or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation and PG, MBA/ PGDM at all levels OR a minimum 60% or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation, PG, and a professional degree, viz., CA/ CS/ ICWA OR a minimum 60% or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation, PG and Ph.D.; Experience: Minimum 03 years experience (SC/ PWBD – 02 years) in related sectors viz., Banking, Finance, Agriculture & Allied and Rural Development is essential. Experience will be reckoned post minimum educational qualification (i.e. PG).
Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RURAL DEVELOPMENT BANKING SERVICE) (RDBS): Bachelor’s Degree OR Post Graduate degree in a particular discipline (General, Agriculture, Agriculture Engineering, Animal Husbandry. Fisheries, Forestry, Plantation/ Horticulture/ Land Development/ Soil Science, Water Resources, Finance, Computer/ IT).
Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RAJBHASHA): Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in English or Hindi medium with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ ST/ PWBD applicants – 55%) or equivalent in aggregate and PG Diploma in Translation (minimum one year) in Hindi to English and vice-versa from any recognized University. OR Master’s Degree in HINDI with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (SC/ ST/ PWBD applicants – 55%). Candidates must have studied English as a main/ elective subject in at least 02 years of bachelor’s degree course. OR Master’s Degree in ENGLISH with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (SC/ ST/ PWBD applicants – 55%). Candidates must have studied Hindi as a main/ elective subject in at least 02 years of bachelor’s degree course.
Assistant Manager in Grade A (P&SS): Experience (as of 01-07-2021) – He/ She should be an Officer with a minimum of five years of Commissioned Service in the Army/ Navy/ Air Force holding a valid ExServiceman Identity Card.

Age Limit

Manager (RDBS) – General: The candidate must have attained the age of 25 yrs and must not have attained the age of 32 years as on01-07-2021, i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-07-1989 and not later than 01-07-1996).
Assistant Manager in Grade A (RDBS, Rajbhasha Service): The candidate must be between 21 and 30 years of age as on 01-07-2021, i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-07-1991 and not later than 01-07-2000
Assistant Manager in Grade A (P&SS): Between 25 and 40 Years (no relaxation for any category) as on 1st July 2021. The candidates born not earlier than 02.07.1981 and no later than 01-07-1996 (Both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.

Salary Details

Manager in Grade B (RDBS): Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs. 35150/- p.m. in the scale of Rs.35150 – 1750 (9) – 50900 – EB – 1750(2) – 54400 – 2000 (4) – 62400 (16 years) applicable to Officers in Grade ‘B’ and they will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time.
Assistant Manager in Grade A (RDBS, Rajbhasha Service): Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.28150/- p.m. on the scale of Rs.28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)–46600–EB-1750(4)-53600- 2000(1)-55600 applicable to Officers in Grade ‘A’ and they will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time
Assistant Manager in Grade A (P&SS): They will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.28,150/-p.m. on the scale of Rs.28,150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7) – 46600 -EB-1750 (4) – 53600-2000(1) – 55600 applicable to Officers in Grade ‘A’.
