Application Fees

For candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC and Divyang category of residents of Madhya Pradesh, they need to pay the application fee of Rs. 500/-
And all other category candidates and residents outside of Madhya Pradesh need to pay Rs. 1000/-
In addition to the above fee, all categories of applicants have to pay Rs. 40/- (Including Service Tax) as portal pay.

Educational Qualification

Degree in Law or Equivalent Employment registration from any recognized university.
It is mandatory for the candidates to have a live registration with the employment office of the state of Madhya Pradesh.
Preference will be given to persons having first-class or having completed 2 years in legal practice in Bar or having higher qualifications.

Age Limit

The candidates who are interested and willing to apply should have completed 21 years but not completed 40 years of age as of 1st January 2022.

Salary Details

The selected candidates will get a grade pay of Rs. 9,300/- to 34,800/- + 4200 and dearness allowances and other allowances will be payable as per other orders issued by the state government from time to time.

Note: The above pay scale is as per the 6th pay commission. The corresponding pay scale will be payable in the 7th pay scale.
