Educational Qualification

Advisor (Only retired / Voluntarily Retired persons from the Government Departments/ PSUs with a minimum of 15 years experience can apply for the above posts.	Advisor (Legal) – Master’s Degree in Law. Preference will be given to Retired District Judge.
	Advisor (Marketing) – Master’s Degree in Marketing. Preference will be given to those who have worked in Retail Chain Management.
	Advisor (Finance/ Accounts) – Master Degree in Commerce. Candidates possessing CA will be preferred
	Advisor (Forest-Based Industry (FBI)) – Master’s Degree in Science/ Bachelor of Technology. Preference will be given to those who have worked in the Forest-Based Industry (Bee Keeping Activity) and related areas.
	Advisor (Mineral-Based Industry) – Master’s Degree in Science/ Bachelor of Technology. Preference will be given to those who have worked in Pottery Activities and related areas.
	Advisor (Polymer Chemical Based Industry) – Master’s Degree in Science/ Bachelor of Technology. Preference will be given to those who have worked in PCBI/ Agarbatti Industry and related areas.
	Advisor (Agro-Based & Food Processing Industry) – Master Degree in Science/ Bachelor of Technology. Preference will be given to those who have worked in the Agro-Based Industry and related areas.
Consultant	Master Degree/ Post Graduation in the areas listed from a recognized University with 5 years experience in their respective field.

Age Limit

Advisors Post:Candidates should be minimum of 40 years and a maximum of 65 years of age as of the last date of online application submission.
Consultants Post: Candidates should be below 39 years of age.

Salary Details

Pay Scale: As per norms

Advisors Post: As per DoPT guidelines – Retired/ Voluntarily Retired employees shall be paid a consolidated remuneration as per the formula of Last Pay Drawn minus
Pension subject to TDS etc.

Consultants Post: Rs.30,000/- to Rs.40,000/- Per month + Conveyance Rs.2,500 to 3,000 per month. based on the qualification, experience, and interview’s performance.
