(Special Education) in accordance with the National Council for Teacher Education (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations are issued from time to time in this regard (OR) Four years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed.) in English subject (OR) Four years of integrated BA.B.Ed. in English subject Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) in English subject; and Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects in Matric or Higher Education.

EI. Ed.) (OR) Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) and 4-year BA Ed. (OR) B.A. and 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education), AND In the case of B.A. Music (instrumental/ vocal), at least 50% marks in Music as an Elective subject; In the case of B.Ed., Music as a teaching subject Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)/ School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) Matric with Hindi/ Sanskrit or 10+2/ B.A./ M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.
