Assistant Engineer (AE)	Executive Trainee-Civil: Full-Time Degree in Civil Engineering discipline/ M. Tech. (Civil)/ Post Graduate Diploma in Hydro Power Plant Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute of India with least 55% marks in case of SC/ ST/ Internal (HPPCL) candidates and 60% Marks in case of other categories. Note: (i) For internal candidate AMIE in relevant Engineering discipline will be considered as a recognized qualification. However, only those candidates who are enrolled for AMIE with the Institute of Engineers (India) Kolkata with permanent recognition up to 31.05.2013 would be eligible. (ii) Relaxation of 02% in qualification is admissible to all those candidates who have successfully completed Apprenticeship Training in HPPCL. Executive Trainee-Environment: B.Tech./ B.E. (Environment Engineering/ Environment Science/ B.E. with one (1) year PG Diploma in Environment with at least 55% marks in case of SC/ ST/ internal (HPPCL) candidates and 60% marks in case of other. Note: (i) Relaxation of 02% in qualification is admissible to all those candidates who have successfully completed Apprenticeship Training in HPPCL. Executive Trainee – Mechanical: Full-Time Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline/ M. Tech. (Mechanical)/ Post Graduate Diploma in Hydro Power Plant Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute of India with least 55% marks in case of SC/ ST/ Internal (HPPCL) candidates and 60% Marks in case of other categories Note: (i) For internal candidate AMIE in relevant engineering discipline will be considered as a recognized qualification. Deputy Director (Sainik Welfare)	Should be a retired/ released Ex-Indian commissioned officer of the rank of Colonel/ Lt Colonel/ Major/ Captain. Or the equivalent status of the Indian Navy/ Air Force.	Knowledge of customs, manner, and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.
Assistant Director Of Fisheries	Master’s degree in Zoology or Fisheries of a recognized University or Associate Diploma of the Central Institute of Fisheries Education Bombay or its equivalent. Minimum three years experience in Management and development of Fisheries. (or) B.Sc in Zoology or Fisheries Science from any recognized University or its equivalent. Minimum five years experience in Management and Development of Fisheries.	Knowledge of customs, manner, and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.

Age Limit

For Assistant Engineer (AE) – Executive Trainee – Civil: Age should be between 18 to 30 years
For Assistant Engineer (AE) – Executive Trainee – Environment: Age should be between 18 to 30 years
For Assistant Engineer (AE) – Executive Trainee – Mechanical: Age should be between 18 to 30 years
For Deputy Director (Sainik Welfare): Age should be 57 years and below
For Assistant Director Of Fisheries: Age should be between 18 to 45 years
