Educational Qualification

Matriculation certificate for age proof.
Bachelor Degree certificates along with Marks Sheets of all years/ Consolidated mark sheet in support of Educational Qualifications i.e. Graduate.

Age Limit

A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 35 years on 1st January 2021, meaning thereby that candidates born on or after 02-01-2000 are underage whereas applicants born on or before 01-01-1986 are overage.
Provided that the upper age limit is relaxable by five years for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/ Other Backward Classes / Persons with disabilities and Children/Grand Children of Freedom Fighters of Himachal Pradesh as declared by the Govt. from time to time.
Age relaxation is also available to Ex-servicemen candidates of H.P. for the post of Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service (HPAS) and Himachal Pradesh Police Service of H.P. as per provisions of erstwhile Demobilized Indian Armed Forces Personnel
(Reservation of Vacancies in the H.P. Administrative Service Rule 1974).
