Additional General Manager	Four years full-time degree in Engineering or equivalent with First Class or 60% overall marks in the discipline of Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Marine Engineering/ Civil/ Production/ Naval Architecture.	20 years post qualification experience out of which at At least 5 years in a Senior position either singularly or collectively in “Shipbuilding” / “Ship design” / “Ship repair” / “Overseeing the construction/ repair of Naval Ships or Submarines” etc
Deputy General Manager	Four years full-time degree in Engineering or equivalent with 55% overall marks in the discipline of Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Marine Engineering/ Civil/ Production/ Naval Architecture	15 years‟ post qualification experience either singularly or collectively in Shipbuilding/ Ship design/ Ship Repair/ Overseeing the construction/ repair of Naval Ships or Submarines” etc”.
Senior Manager	Four years full-time degree in Engineering or equivalent with First Class or 60% overall marks in the discipline of Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Marine Engineering/ Civil/ Production / Naval Architecture. 55% overall marks for OBC.	11 years post qualification experience either singularly or collectively in “Shipbuilding” / “Ship design” / “Ship Repair” / “Overseeing the construction/ repair of Naval Ships or Submarines” / Maintenance jobs onboard ships. (or) 11 years post qualification experience either singularly or collectively in Production/ Erection of Modular Portable Steel Bridges of various load classifications and spans like Bailey bridges etc. Candidates possessing a Master’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Marine Engineering/ Civil/ Production/ Naval Architecture with 09 years above experience mentioned above may apply.
Manager	Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)	08 years post qualification experience in dealing with financial matters, either singularly or collectively, i.e. “Budgeting”, “Costing”, “Banking”, “Taxation”, “Finalisation of accounts”, “Exposure in Audit-Related matters”, “Financial Concurrence in various procurements” and “compliance matters related to Finance”.
Deputy Manager	MBBS degree from any University recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI)	05 years post qualification experience and at least 02 years experience in Hospital/ Nursing home. Private practitioners with the above experience may also be considered.
