Eligibility Criteria for Goa PSC Jobs 2021

Educational Qualification

Post Name	Qualifications
Assistant Agricultural Officer	Essential: Bachelors Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture from an Agricultural University recognised by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. And should have knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi, and 3 years of experience in Agriculture/ Horticulture.
Subject Matter Specialist (Animal Science)	Essential: Masters Degree in Veterinary Sciences from a recognised University. And must have knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: 2 years of experience in Krishi Vigyan Kendra, and Knowledge of Marathi.
Lecturer	Essential: Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule. Post-graduate medical qualification in the speciality concerned or equivalent. At least 3 years of teaching experience in the concerned speciality as Senior Resident/ Registrar/ Tutor/ Demonstrator in a Medical College/ Teaching Institution. And must have knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Should have knowledge of Marathi.
Associate Professor	Essential: Masters of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from a centre recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology. 5 years of experience as Assistant Professor/ Lecturer in Clinical Psychology and 3 Research Publications in the indexed journal as first/ corresponding author. Must have knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Should have knowledge of Marathi.
Junior Physician	Essential: A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule. Post-graduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in the speciality concerned. In the case of Diploma holders, Work in responsible positions connected with the speciality concerned for 2 years after post-graduation Diploma. And must have knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Should have knowledge of Marathi.
Medical Officer	Essential: A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule. Completion of compulsory rotating internship and must have knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Experience in the general medical practice or the concerned speciality as the case may be. And should have knowledge of Marathi.
Scientific Assistant	Essential: Masters Degree in Science with at least second class from a recognised University. And must have knowledge of Konkani. Desirable: Should be Computer literate and should have knowledge of Marathi.

Age Limit

Candidates should have a maximum of 45 years of age.
