Scanned Documents required before Applying Online : Candidates should

Scan their recent passport size photograph (not more than 03 months old) in jpg or jpeg formats only and ensure that the size of photograph does not exceed (Width: 200px & Height: 230px OR Width: 2.5cm & Height: 3.5cm) (up to 40KB) and the size of signature does not exceed (Width: 140px & Height: 60px OR Width: 2.4cm Height: 1cm) (up to 40KB).

Scan the following certificates required in the above-mentioned format in JPG, JPEG & PDF (between 150KB to 200KB):-
1) Aadhaar Card
2) Class 10th Certificate.
3) Valid HMV Driving License.
4) Caste/Category Certificate (if any).
5) Pan Card (if available)
6) Certificate for Ex. Servicemen (if any).
7) Duly filled and signed copy of self-declaration certificate
