Having a recognized qualification in Clinical Psychology from an Institution approved and recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India constituted under Section 3 of the Rehabilitation Council of India Act. 1992.
Or
Having a post-graduate degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology or Applied Psychology and a Master of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology obtained after completion of a full-time course of two years which includes supervised clinical training from any University recognized by the University Grant Commission Act, 1 956 and approved and recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India Act, 1992
Educational Qualification for Psychologist: Master's in Psychology/ Clinical Psychology with minimum 3 months training/ experience from any recognized institutions. |

Qualification for Psychiatric Nurse:
B. Sc. in Psychiatric Nursing/ M. Sc in Psychiatric Nursing/ DPN

GNM from any recognized Nursing Council of India or West Bengal Nursing Council with 1-month training in Psychiatric Nursing in Psychiatric nursing from any recognized institution. |

Psychiatric Social Worker: Master of Social work (MSW) from any recognized institution. M.Phil. in Psychiatric Social work of 2 years duration from any recognized institution.

Essential:
Graduate in any discipline from any recognized university with experience in the health sector. Preference will be given to candidates having completed a course on Computer Application or Financial Accounting from an Institution recognized by Government/ Autonomous Body. |

| ICTC Laboratory Technician |
Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc): With a minimum of 1-year experience after graduation.
OR
Diploma in Medical Laboratory (DMLT): With a minimum 2-year experience after diploma. The service of existing L Ts who don't hold a DML T may be continued if they have done a Certificate Course in Medical Laboratory Technology and have more than 5year experience of working in the ICTC/PPTCT/ART center run under the National AIDs Control Programme |

The peer support should be a person preferably with or recovering from the disease (hepatitis B or hepatitis C), academic qualification mention as Class 10 or equivalent be read as Class 1 2or equivalent. S/he must also have sound knowledge of the local language and working knowledge of English. |

Essential:
i) Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biological Science before obtaining Diploma or degree.
ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)/ Diploma in Laboratory Technology(DL T) for any University/ Institution recognized by the Central or State Govt. or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) from any University/ Institution recognized by the Central or State Govt. or Post Graduate degree diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.Sc.in MLT/ PG DMLT) from any University/ Institution recognized by the Central or State Govt.
Desirable:
i) Six-month post qualification experience in the testing of blood and preparation of blood components (in a licensed blood bank) in case of candidate having degree/ post-graduate degree or postgraduate diploma in medical laboratory technology ( M.Sc. in MLT/ PG DMLT/ BMLT).
ii) One-year post qualification experience in the testing of blood and or preparation of blood components (in a licensed blood bank) in case of a candidate having a diploma in medical laboratory technology or diploma in medical laboratory technology (DMLT/ DLT) graduate diploma in medical laboratory technology. |
