Administrative Officer	Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks Five years of experience in a supervisory capacity in Administration/ Establishment/ Finance in the Govt/ University/ Autonomous bodies
Administrative Officer (On Deputation)	–
WebMaster	First-class M.E/ M.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc with two years of relevant experience in software technology OR First-class B.E./ B.Tech with five years of relevant experience in software technology.
System Analyst	First-class M.E/ M.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc First-class B.E./ B.Tech with 2 years of relevant experience
Group B
Section Officer (Administration)	A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline Three Years of Experience as Assistant Proficiency in Computer Operation, noting and drafting
Private Secretary	A Bachelor’s Degree Three Years of Experience as Assistant in Level 6 or eight years as UDC in level 4 English/ Hindi Stenography speed: 120wpm in English or 100 wpm in Hindi. English/ Hindi Type: 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi. Knowledge of computer applications.
Assistant	A Bachelor’s Degree Three Years of Experience as UDC or equivalent in the Level 4 Proficiency in Typing, Computer applications, noting and drafting
Personal Assistant	A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline Proficiency in Stenography in English or Hindi with a minimum speed of 100 wpm. Proficiency in Typing in English or Hindi with minimum speed of 35/ 30 wpm respectively. Knowledge of Computer Applications. Two years of experience as Stenographer
Media & Communication Officer	Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks OR Masters’ Degree in any discipline with First Division and P.G. Diploma in Journalism / Mass Communication from recognized University/ Institute. At least 5 years of experience
Hindi Translator	Master’s Degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. OR Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English. With English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of an examination at the degree level; OR Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English. With Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level; AND Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or two years of experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa

Upper Division Clerk (UDC)	A Bachelor’s Degree Two years of experience as Lower Division Clerk Speed in English Typing @ 35 wpm or Speed in Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm. Proficiency in Computer Operations.
Upper Division Clerk (UDC) (On Deputation)	–
Technical Assistant (Multi-Media Production)	BE / B.Tech. or Bachelors’ Degree Two years of experience
Technician (Software Management)	Three years Diploma in Computer/ Electronics / Communication and Relevant Area of ICT. Three years of experience
Driver	10th Pass from any recognized Board Possession of a valid commercial driving license for Light/ Medium/ Heavy Vehicles issued by the competent authority having no adverse endorsement. Knowledge of motor mechanism (the candidate should be able to remove minor defects in vehicles). Experience in driving motor vehicles for at least 3 years
Cook	10th Pass from any recognized Board 2 years of experience ITI Trade certificate in Bakery and Confectionery (one-year duration) or certificate course from the recognized Hotel / Hospitality Institutes.
MTS (Library Attendant for Library)	10+2 Certificate course in Library Science from a recognized Institution. One year experience Basic knowledge of Computer Applications.
MTS (Laboratory Attendant for Computer Lab.)	10+2 Certificate course in Computer Applications from a recognized Institution. One year experience in a University/ College/ Educational Institution in computer lab/ computer operation. Basic knowledge of Computer Applications.
MTS (Laboratory Attendant for Multi-Media Lab.)	10+2 Certificate course in Multi-Media / Desktop operation from a recognized Institution. One year experience in a University/ College/ Educational Institution/ Industry Desktop operator or equivalent. Basic knowledge of Computer Applications.
MTS (Laboratory Attendant for Language lab.)	10+2 One year experience in a University / College / Educational Institution Laboratories. Basic knowledge of Computer Applications.
MTS (Laboratory Attendant for Psychology lab.)	10+2 Certificate course/ Diploma in Psychology (Clinical/ Psychotherapy) from a recognized Institution. One year of experience in a University/ College/ Educational Institution laboratory. Basic knowledge of Computer Applications
